A line of severe storms slammed across the Southeast on Easter Sunday, leaving a trail of damage behind that stretches from Louisiana to the Carolinas. MNA Disaster Response staff members are communicating with affected PCA churches to learn the extent of the damage and how MNA Disaster Response may assist them in serving their neighbors during the COVID-19 pandemic. Because of the pandemic, we cannot mobilize volunteers as we normally would. However, rest assured that we will do everything we can to support the efforts of local churches.
We have depleted our supply of tarps and have more coming in soon. Tarps are being sent to Monroe, Louisiana and a load of Sheds of Hope is on the way to Heidelberg, Mississippi.
We will announce opportunities to serve on this site as they become available.
